Power LAB is headed up by former award-winning investigative journalist, editor and columnist Megan Power, who brings 30 years of media experience and skill to the role. As part of the Sunday Times’ investigative unit for several years, Megan broke numerous front-page stories including the explosive arms deal, former health minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang’s dodgy liver transplant, the banned dye Sudan Red in foods on supermarket shelves, and the drug trafficking wife of SA’s former spy chief.

More recently, Megan spent six years penning the eponymous The Power Report, a hard-hitting weekly consumer column in the Sunday Times, which earned her the respect of consumers and big business alike.

 Media LAB is headed up by Bridgette Donnelly, a paid media specialist with over 15 years’ experience both in the UK and more recently South Africa. After working as Account Director at the global agency Jellyfish in London, she returned home in 2007 to setup Jellyfish South Africa, a Paid Search resource centre providing support to UK clients. In 2011, she left Jellyfish to setup MJ Media, a Digital Marketing agency specialising in Paid Search, Display, SEO and Social Media. Bridgette is highly results-driven and is excited to take the Media LAB clients to incredible new levels.
