Founded in 2012 by Kevin Power and Jonathan Oliff, Conversation Lab has always challenged the notions of what a traditional advertising agency looks like. A decade later, spearheaded by MD Uyanda Manana, we’re still pushing the boundaries of where creativity and technology intersect.

Kevin (the man who will always remind you of his surname) is an expat living in the UK. After 25 years in the marketing and communications industry, he gained a deep understanding of developing and managing global through-the-line campaigns for some of the world’s favourite brands. He drives our global business and growth.

Uyanda Manana (don’t forget to compliment her on her hair) has bossed her way through the industry across 3 different continents. She is now a force for change in rewriting the next chapter of our agency and the industry.

Senzo Xulu (and his impeccably maintained beard) is currently completing his PhD in Brand Leadership and is passionate about teaching. When he’s not inspiring the creative department, he’s defending ideas and building a culture of creativity.

Jon (who also answers to Oros) is a former SA bodyboarding champ. With a technical background (MCSD + Web Dev), love and fascination for both Technology and Creative Communications (BA Media & Coms + BA Hons Brand Leadership), he now heads up our global innovation and digital transformation project.
